■	SYSTEM OF SCHOLARSHIP FUND	Providing scholarship expense to all children of employees from entrance to primary school until graduation of university.
■	SYSTEM OF ABROAD SCOLARSHIP FUND	Providing scholarship expense to all children of employees to educate overseas.
■	TRAINING AT MOUNT FUJI	Going up Fuji Mountain by employees and customers every summer time starting from SOGA's hillside cottage for the purpose of education.
