We regard contribution to neighboring community and society as an important role companies have to play and conduct various cultural activities and support activities.

■	Charity activity	All the employees cooperate to contribute to a fund and conduct various supporting activities inside and outside of the company. Our recent activities include supports to those who suffered from the Great Hanshin Earthquake and from the Torrential Rain in Tokai District. Charity members also conduct volunteer activities vigorously including repairing and painting building such as care facilities.
		We also accept field trips from some four or five elementary schools and our employees introduce and outline how glassware is manufactured to elementary school students coming to our factory. All the employees participate in cleaning activity around our factory four times a year as well. Every one in our company actively makes efforts to be on friendly terms with local residents and communities.

Soga’s natural features of company, making much of human, create at home atmosphere and strong unity power still more. It becomes motive power of Soga’s progress. In the concrete, Overseas traveling, Club activity, Memorial service to the decease, Exchanging party, Reception party for new face, Fuji cottage, Cruiser, etc.

SOGA receive trainees from overseas business collaborator and technical collaborator, and open doors for foreign workers, and realize actual international relationship.
